About Us

We see health as a Triad, comprised of three components: Nervous System, BioChemistry and Mental/Emotional. When combined, they present an overall state of a person, a snapshot of your health. At Quantum Healing Arts we will address your health from all three levels.

We offer several different Health and Wellness evaluations in addition to Light Touch Chiropractic
• Metabolic assessment (organs and systems)
• Brain and Nervous System assessment (including chemistry and emotional)
• Health and Stress Evaluation (assessing the muskuloskeletal system for signs of stress)

Nervous System: the foundation of the human body and of the Triad. It is Houston Control. When there is interference or malfunction in the Nervous System, the brain is not able to communicate properly with the body.

The Nervous System includes the bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and nerves of the spinal system. Dr. Maria will accurately identify maladaptations and interference in the Nervous System, called Subluxations.

BioChemistry: this relates to the chemical make-up and balance of the body, including diet, vitamin and mineral intake, as well as the function of organs, the endocrine and immune systems. Often, there are factors here that could be leading to a health crisis. Dr. Maria will do a Metabolic assessment and recommend a course of action. This may include lab tests, dietary changes and supplements, in order to help you restore optimal body chemistry and reclaim your health.

Mental and Emotional: the third component in the Triad. Not only does physical well-being impact emotions, but emotions can greatly affect your body, both positively and negatively. Dr. Maria helps break the vicious cycle of how stress impacts your body negatively. She will also help you identify traits and patterns that keep you from moving forward in Life. If necessary, a brain chemistry assessment will be done, and recommendations will be made.

Nervous System, Chemical, and Emotional components all affect and interrelate with one another. When balanced properly they combine to form a single holistic You.

Dr. Maria looks at and works with the whole person, the entire Triad of Health, in order to get you on the road to health and realizing your Human Potential.
